SPCP’s Rose McGee to Speak At National Youth Leadership Council

Sweet Potato Comfort Pie Founder Rose McGee will join as Plenary Keynote Speaker for the National Youth Leadership Council’s 33rd annual Service Learning Conference.

The 33rd Annual National Service-Learning Conference features In-Person Days at the McNamara Alumni Center on the University of Minnesota Campus in Minneapolis, Minnesota, on April 20-22, 2022 and a Virtual Day conducted through the Whova event platform on April 27, 2022. About the Conference: Established in 1987, the National Service-Learning Conference® has brought together more than 30,000 youth and adults from across the United States and beyond. The conference connects participants with educational leaders through three days of engaged learning sessions and hands-on projects. 2020 and 2021 Conferences were held virtually. In 2022, we will combine the 3-day in-person format with a virtual day. This is the largest gathering of youth, educators, community organizations, and policy-makers dedicated to improving education, strengthening communities, and building youth leadership and service-learning.
